The Tempe location will focus on delivery and catering services, and will lower its $50 minimum delivery charge in the East Valley. The new minimum, based on proximity to the business, is $25 for customers within a 5-mile radius, $30 in a 10-mile radius and $35 in a 15-mile radius.
