
FREE Special Education Training on Restraint and Seclusion,
Graduation and Transition, IEP & Section 504 Compliance,
and School to Prison Pipeline
We will cover such topics as:
■ Services listed on my child’s IEP or 504 plan are not being provided; what are my rights?
■ How do I file a state or federal complaint regarding special education or Section 504?
■ My child has credit hours for graduation but has not received appropriate transition services; what are my rights?
■ I was told my child with special needs must graduate in four years – no exceptions;
what are my rights?
■ My child has challenging behaviors, but the school refuses to conduct a functional behavior assessment; what are my rights?
■ My child is excessively removed from the classroom or suspended / expelled; what are my rights?
■ What are the latest developments on restraint and seclusion in schools?
■ School to Prison Pipeline: Has the school failed to follow your child’s IEP or behavior plan? As a result, has your child with special needs been suspended or expelled because of behavior issues at school? Has the school called the police on your child with special needs?

The training is subject to cancellation if minimal registration is not achieved.
